Alyssa has been dancing since the age of 3 and has been training in acro since the age of 6. She has been competing competitively at Freehold Academy of Performing Arts since the age of 8 until graduating high school. Since the age of 6, she has been trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary but mainly specializes in acro. Since graduating high school, Alyssa attends Montclair State University majoring in English Literature and concentrating in Creative Writing. At Montclair State, she has joined the dance team and has competed for the Montclair State Dance Team for 2 years. In 2018, she won a National Championship in DIII Team Performance, and in 2019 placed 2nd place in DIII Team Performance and top 5 DIII in Hip Hop. As a 3rd year returning member, she is now on the executive board as Treasurer. This is Alyssa’s first year at the King Centre and she’s so excited to bring her passion to acrobatics to children that she teaches!
