    • Monday |8pm – 9pm | Mahwah Studio
    • Tuesday |7pm – 8pm | Wanaque Studio
    • Wednesday | 7pm – 8pm | Wanaque Studio
    • Thursday | 2pm – 3pm | Mahwah Studio
  • Age Range: 16 & Up

Class Description:

All classes target all muscle groups giving you a full-body workout. Classes are circuit training style which incorporates a variety of different exercises that you will perform at your own pace for a set amount of time followed by a short period of rest. Modifications, as well as challenges, are offered for every exercise making this the perfect class for anyone! 

This class is a great way to increase your strength and aerobic fitness while burning lots of calories!

Rachel is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has always had a passion for fitness and the many benefits that it has brought to her life. She is excited to have this opportunity to help others find their own love for fitness as well!
