Livia Janjigian

A King Centre alumna, current teacher, and choreographer for the American Youth Dance Company.
In the studio
With AYDC, Livia has performed in a multitude of fundraisers, including the Dance for our Children Benefit for the Hackensack University Medical Center Children's Hospital. Throughout her competition years she earned a variety of awards for both dancing and choreography.
She has performed in many productions at the King Centre, including several Nutcrackers with the New Jersey Foundation for Dance and Theatre Arts, cast as Mouse Queen, Lead Chinese, Lead Russian, Lead Arabian, and now Lead Mom and the Sugar Plum Fairy.
Accepted to The Ohio State University as a BFA Dance Major in 2020, Livia deferred to focus on her performance career during Covid. She now teaches at the King Centre and choreographs for AYDC, continuing her training at Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway and working with choreographers including Ebony Williams and Robbie Fairchild.
