Sara Roveccio

A King Centre and AYDC alumna, certified educator, and founding member of the Montclair State University dance team.
In the studio
Growing up training at the King Centre for the Performing Arts, Sara developed a lifelong love and appreciation for all styles of dance. As an alumna of the American Youth Dance Company, she strengthened her technical training, artistry, and passion for performing under the direction of Nancy King.
She continued her education at Montclair State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Child Studies along with her P-3 Teaching Certification. During her time at Montclair, she was also a founding member of the university's dance team, helping lead the team to an NDA National Championship in 2018.
As both a certified educator and dance instructor, Sara is passionate about creating a positive, encouraging environment where every dancer feels supported, challenged, and inspired. When she is not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her energetic baby boy.
