
Alicia Marie Mazepa started dancing at the age of 5. Her training includes ballet, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz and acro. Alicia attended college at Towson University where she competed with the Towson Dance Team when they won their first National Title and that same year she also won the National Title as a soloist as well. She then became a Knicks City Dancer and also choreographed when she was on the team. She has continued throughout the years to choreograph for the NBA working with The Knicks City Kids, The Nets Kids and the Sixers Dancers. Her performance experience includes The VMAs (Beyoncé) , The Victoria Secret Fashion Show, SNL, Thirty Rock, The Tonight Show (Will Smith) Good Morning America, Capezio 125th Anniversary with Illuminate, Roc the Mic tour with Jay Z and the hit show Lip Sync Battle on Spike with LL Cool J. On Lip Sync
Battle, she performed with artists/celebrities such as Ricky Martin, Christina Aguilera, John Legend, Channing Tatum, Paula Abdul, Jason Derulo and Anna Kendrick to name a few. She has also been in several movies which include Trainwreck, Friends with Benefits, Across the Universe, Old dogs, Popstar and Isn’t it Romantic. She has also danced and choreographed many industrials for companies such as Panasonic, Cannon, Reebok,
and Target which have taken her to Japan, Dubai, Turkey, Germany, Quatar and Prague. She is also a yoga teacher and choreographs gymnastic floor routines as well. Her love of dance will forever be a part of her life and her main focus is to help dancers feel comfortable in their own skin and to encourage them to find their inner confidence and to bring that to their performance in class and on stage.
